After Splinter Creek's owners fell in love with the beauty of the land, built their own lake house, and created a master plan together with Lake Flato, it's now you -- our residents -- who are making Splinter Creek the community we always hoped it would become.
The different visions and intentions for the new lake homes under construction at Splinter Creek are fulfilling that original dream. The hope of hiking before breakfast, paddle boarding at the end of a long day, letting children play in the water, fishing on the weekends, and building a gathering spot for families is what is most exciting.
