This policy ensures transparency about how data is handled when users request deletion or terminate their accounts with us.

  • Facebook-Linked Data (data shared with us through Facebook integrations)

2. User Rights

Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time. This includes:

  • Data stored directly by Peddler’s Field LLC.

  • Data shared through Facebook or other third-party services integrated with our platform.

3. Requesting Data Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their data by:

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

  • Complete the data deletion process within 90 days, as required by Facebook's Data Deletion Guidelines.

4. Data Deletion Process

Once a deletion request is confirmed:

  • We will permanently delete all user data stored on our systems.

  • Any Facebook-linked data will be unlinked and deleted as per Facebook's platform policies.

  • Backups and archived data will be purged within the standard retention period unless required for legal or security reasons.

  • Data shared with third-party services will be removed where applicable, in compliance with contractual obligations.

5. Exceptions

Certain circumstances may require us to retain specific user data, including:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., compliance with tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements).

  • Dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements.

  • Security purposes (e.g., prevention of fraud or data breaches).

In such cases, only the necessary data will be retained and deleted once the retention period has expired.

6. Third-Party Services

If a user’s data has been shared with third-party service providers (including Facebook), those providers may have their own data deletion policies. Users should consult Facebook's Data Policy or the policies of other third parties regarding their data handling and deletion practices.

7. Facebook Integration

In line with Facebook's policies, Peddler’s Field LLC will:

  • Comply with Facebook’s guidelines regarding user data obtained through Facebook.

  • Provide users with clear instructions for deleting data associated with their Facebook accounts.

  • Immediately notify Facebook upon successful deletion of any Facebook-linked data.

8. Amendments

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in response to legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or by posting an updated policy on our platform.
