The base plan for this 2,200-square-foot modern lake house provides the buyer with a complete document of detailed design drawings, specifications, and material choices. Upgrades and various finishes options are available. Once the plans are licensed, they can be easily modified or customized to fit the needs of individual homeowners.
Another option is to work with a reputable prefab company, such as Lindal Cedar Homes. With Lindal, all of the parts of the house are manufactured in the Lindal factory, labeled, and shipped to a Splinter Creek homesite.
Lindal's post and beam homes can be adapted to any building site for any climate and topography. Their kit offers sustainable components that allow for easy design changes including windows, doors, walls, and roof design.
