We all draw inspiration from different places. What inspires you?
At Splinter Creek, we are inspired most by the land. Our 650 acres call for dwellings that complement their surroundings.Our community's overarching architectural philosophy is to enhance the natural beauty of the land we call home. We believe that land and buildings should not be thought of as separate, but rather work together to create something that feels like an extension of our existing topography.
