As 2017 draws to a close, we at Splinter Creek wanted to thank you for being part of our story and our extended Splinter Creek family. This has been a big year at our property, and we couldn't have done it without your support.
Oxford-based Spring Construction Group finished construction of our Lang Architecture-designed model house in September, and in October and November, we welcomed you to visit the house and the land with two launch parties.
Showcasing area talent is important to us, and we loved collaborating with north Mississippi-based makers for our events, including John Currence's Main Event, Roxie Woodworks, The End of All Music, Sweet Magnolia Gelato, Amelia Presents and jazz trio the Offbeats.
But most of all, we want to thank you for attending our launch. Guests are the most important ingredient for any party, and you brought your friends, your neighbors, your colleagues, your parents, your children and your dogs. We loved meeting each of you and hearing your feedback. We think of Splinter Creek both as a lifestyle and as community, and you are helping us realize that vision.
