Mark your calendar for Splinter Creekâs Spring Open House on Sunday, April 29 from 1-3 p.m. The event, the first of the season, offers a look at the Splinter Creek Model House, which was completed last fall, as well as tour of the property's 650 acres and three spring-fed lakes.
The party features brunch fare by Chef John Currence's Main Event and a bar with bloody Marys and mimosas. Guests can explore the lots currently available at Splinter Creek and enjoy the serene surroundings.
