Pop Up Oxford, hosted by Visit Oxford, is a week of events and special programs that celebrate Oxford’s rich cultural scene, and Splinter Creek is excited to participate.
On Saturday, Jan. 27, tour the homes of Splinter Creek during this special event. On the tour is the Splinter Creek model house (designed by Lang Architecture); the Splinter Creek Boathouse (designed by Lake | Flato); and Seldom Seen, the Beverly and Bill Painter residence.
Houses are open for home tours between 12-3 p.m.
Then, at 3 p.m., Splinter Creek’s landscape architect, Jordan Loch Crabtree of the LOCH Collective landscape architecture firm, will be on hand at the model house for a short talk about the gardens and grounds. After the talk, enjoy a bonfire (weather permitting) and hot chocolate.
