Splinter Creek's newest neighbor is a particularly eggciting one! The Offbeat In General store is officially open for business in Taylor, Mississippi, just down the road from our property.
Located in Taylor's, Plein Air neighborhood, Offbeat provides a selection of general goods, gifts, and groceries, including local eggs, meats, drinks, snacks, and more. A true local business, the building was designed by Mississippi-based architecture firm Beard + Riser, and Offbeat's proprietors, Megan Wolfe and David Moore, live upstairs.
The store is still working up to being open regular hours as they build their inventory, but pay them a visit most afternoons for their growing selection of staples and grab-and-go sandwiches.
