Situated on 650 acres, Splinter Creek offers building sites around three separate lakes. This spring we're working to slightly expand our South Lake in order to provide the best water views from some of our yet-to-be-released lots.
This expansion will create dramatic lake overlooks especially for Neck of the Woods (lot 2, at 5.7 acres), and Scout's Honor (lot 3, at 2.2 acres). Both lots are highly elevated and will fall to the water's edge once the lake expansion is complete. The best views will be to the northeast and northwest.
