New Places to Discover

Sonia Thompson
A seldom seen view from Highland Meadow, one most secluded homesteads at Splinter Creek. The lot has a broad meadow, is surrounded by forests, and has a clear view of the North Lake.

The main roads of Splinter Creek follow the lines of our three lakes, but driving them barely scratches the surface. Our 650-acre property is really best understood by foot. Since many of our lots and hiking trails are secluded, Splinter Creek photographer Erin Austen Abbott, has done some exploring with her camera. With eight newly available lots to discover, Splinter Creek offers a tremendous variety of homesites for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and those searching for a place for quiet reflection.

Pond Side is one of only four lots situated around the 8-acre Partner’s Pond. The homesite offers ample privacy and undeveloped wooded acreage to the north with clear views to the water. It's adjacent to natural hiking trails and is a popular site for spotting wild turkeys.
Wildwood features both a cove and land that juts out into the lake, and it offers building envelopes to suit both nature, modern architecture and water lovers.

If you'd like to explore Splinter Creek in person, make sure to join us Friday, April 26 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. for our spring open house. Agents with Tom Smith Land & Homes will be giving tours of our lots, lakes, and land. Come spend the day with us!
