‘What should the land be? And where should a house go?’ These are the questions that have guided the architectural philosophy of Splinter Creek from the very beginning.
Enhancing the natural beauty of the land is the overall goal of our unique community, with a great emphasis placed on respecting Splinter Creek’s natural topography.
Our 650-acre enclave includes private roads, below-ground utilities, and 34 lakefront homesites. The majority of the property, more than 400 acres of pristine lakes, forests, and wetlands, has been set aside as common areas and maintained as a natural preserve.
Residents are welcomed and encouraged to explore the preserve, immersing themselves in the unspoiled beauty that called them here.
