1. Tarasque Cucina Patio

With strings of lights, large planter boxes, and cheery blue chairs, the new patio space at Tarasque is ideal for sharing plates of pastas and butter bean hummus. 2. Home Place Pastures Farm Store
The Bartlett family has farmed the Home Place, east of Como, Mississippi, for 150 years. The 5th generation started the farm's next chapter by running a vertically integrated, pasture based beef, pork, and lamb farm. The recently completed farm store is now open for lunch and also sells a variety of the farm's offerings. The owner's also give farm tours, covering what it takes to raise their animals to the soil science that goes into running a regenerative farm. The next farm tour is August 14 at 10 a.m. Tickets are $35. Oxford's newest hot-spot restaurant, YUGO is a fusion of modern flavors and global cuisines from the same team behind The Sipp on South Lamar. 4. Eat In the Street
Celebrate the end of the street closure and construction on the Square on Saturday, August 28 from 5-9 p.m. with the Eat In the Street event. The new Jackson Avenue East "Streetery" opens to the public at the end of August with live music, food, and other festivities.
