The cherry on top of our new South Lake expansion is another one of Splinter Creek's signature floating docks, installed recently at the base of the lake.
The property offers shared community spaces and amenities, including kayaks and canoes, fire pits with plentiful firewood, and most prominently, our docks, designed for boating, fishing, and swimming.
