Bond With Nature

The Splinter Creek philosophy of treading lightly on the land and preserving the natural environment allows residents and wildlife to live side by side.

Our 650 acres of pine forest, native plants and pristine waters of our three spring-fed lakes provide the ideal habitat for deer, turkey, Canada geese, rabbits, raccoons, bald eagles, and a host of colorful resident and migratory songbirds.

At Splinter Creek, people leave a small footprint, but gain an immense bond to the land and its native inhabitants. Owners are able to explore the preserve on their doorstep, partaking in activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, biking or just kicking back and relaxing.

A comprehensive wildlife management plan ensures that Splinter Creek's wild inhabitants are protected, and that the community's human residents have the opportunity to experience a closeness with nature that's becoming increasingly rare.

A dramatic overlook of a sparkling lake, a panoramic view of swaying marsh grasses, a sweeping vista of vibrant autumn leaves, or a flock of geese emerging from the early morning lake mist -- at Splinter Creek, nature’s beauty is literally at your doorstep.
