The annual Harvest Supper will be held Thursday, Oct. 13 at Rowan Oak.

Friends of the University of Mississippi Museum Harvest Supper
On Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022, the Friends of the University of Mississippi Museum host the annual Harvest Supper on the grounds of Faulkner's Rowan Oak. A fundraiser for the museum and historic houses, guests will dine under the stars and beneath the cedar trees for an evening that connects Ole Miss alumni, Oxford residents, and out-of-town guests with artists, writers, and musicians for dinner and musical entertainment. For the first time, a portion of the proceeds from Harvest Supper 2022 will be dedicated to the next phase of improving Rowan Oak’s arrival experience. St. Peter's Pumpkin Patch
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the quaintest pumpkin patch in town. St. Peter's Episcopal Church is a favorite site in Oxford each fall. Located just off the historic Square, this urban pumpkin patch is a literal bright spot in the middle of town. Pumpkins arrive on Oct. 1, and the sales are a fundraiser for the church's children and youth programs. The pumpkin patch is open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-6 p.m. on Sundays until the pumpkins sell out.

As the start of college basketball draws near, the Ole Miss men's and women's basketball teams will partner with the City of Oxford to host the eighth annual Square Jam on Friday, Oct. 14 at 6:30 p.m. on the historic Oxford Square. A basketball court will once again be set up on the east side of the Square in the parking lot in front of City Hall. Fans will have the opportunity to catch both teams in action with various competitions, including knockout, a skills challenge, three-point contest and the event capped off by the men's dunk contest. Both teams will be available for autographs after Square Jam, which will be held the night before Ole Miss football hosts Auburn on Oct. 15 at 11 a.m.
